Stakeholder Engagement Training

Our advanced program is reserved for basic program graduates with extensive experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders. Attendees often include Country Managers, Project Managers, Spokespersons, Government Relations, or HSSE personnel.  Class size is limited to ensure a high ratio of instructors-to-students.  Our pre-work includes extensive issue research, creation of customized simulations, and in some cases hiring of trained actors and set decorators to simulate real-world settings.
