Leticia (Lety) Narváez

Building a truly human connection through the highest standards in strategic communication is Lety’s passion and has been her purpose and work during the last 30 years.  She has held senior leadership positions in Employee Communications and Engagement, Reputation Management, External Affairs, Crisis, and Change Management in several multinational companies in the automotive, construction, financial services, and health sectors.  For the last 12 years she has led her own consulting firm providing advice on strategic communications, Culture Transformation, DEI, and training to empower C-Suite members and mid-level management to become impactful communicators.  Lety is an Accredited Business Communicator and Fellow from the International Association of Business Communicators.  She is also very active in the Mexican Association of Women Executives.

Traveling, cooking, writing, and playing tennis are her hobbies and passions away from work.
