Tori Pelz

Tori brings over 15 years of experience in strategic communications, story-telling, and organizational leadership.

In her previous roles as an art professor, founding executive director of an art center, and communications director for a global human rights organization, she’s harnessed the power of story to drive change. Her expertise in learning and creative development shape her approach to story-telling and communications coaching.

She’s facilitated training programs for learners and leaders from all walks of life across Europe, the Middle East and North America in industries including tech and design, NGOs, higher education, and finance.

She currently serves as a chief content strategist for a human-centered design lab at a Fortune 100 global consulting firm.

Tori currently resides in West Michigan and spends her free-time beach combing with her two young daughters, in search of rocks that tell stories.
