One client needed to train crisis teams in Angola, China, the US, and the UK - yet had to control travel costs. We wrote customized scenarios with clear learning objectives and ran our STORM crisis simulation website to reflect realistic news reports and social media posts resulting from the company’s messages. Our experienced coaches worked remotely to challenge the teams with live stakeholder reactions, as well as digital communications, in different languages. By controlling the pressure of communication demands, we reinforce learnings around good crisis management strategies.
