Bettina Hausmann

As truly international executive trainer, Bettina helps senior professionals step up as strategists, communicators, and leaders. She has worked with CEOs, board members, policy makers, and senior professionals from over 100 countries to help them develop their signature presence, master the media, manage crises and elevate their leadership skills.

She has high-level corporate experience herself: leading teams, stepping in as interim CEO, and serving on the board of a stock-listed company – an area in which women are clearly under-represented.

Training and facilitation highlights include a crisis simulation with 50 managers from a truly global organisation; rehearsing with executives prior to BBC Hard Talk and similar flagship TV programmes; coaching high-level speakers from policy, military, and customs for TED-like talks in front of an audience of 600; preparing a captain of the industry for his speech at an award-winning ceremony; and moderating many events herself.

A native German speaker, Bettina fluently speaks English, French, Spanish, and Dutch. She has a conversational level of Portuguese. Bettina studied Roman languages and Political Sciences in Cologne and Freiburg. She is a qualified Executive Coach and a Resilience Coach.
